When you submit a loan inquiry, we collect: full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, mailing address, province of residence, employment status, monthly income, loan amount requested, purpose of loan, self-reported credit score range, and technical information (IP address, browser type, device type, timestamp). We do not collect Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) or banking credentials through our forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to match your loan inquiry with suitable lenders, transmit your application to lenders for review, verify affiliate referral payments (commission reconciliation), maintain records for legal and audit purposes, and improve our services.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information with licensed Canadian lenders in our network for loan evaluation purposes, and with service providers who help us operate our website. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

5. Your Consent

By submitting a loan inquiry form on BorrowMoney.ca, you expressly consent to the collection and sharing of your information as described above, and to BorrowMoney.ca retaining a copy of your submission for audit and reconciliation purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@borrowmoney.ca.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for 3 years from the date of submission for affiliate reconciliation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We implement 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission, access controls, and secure database storage. All data is stored on Canadian servers.
